Athletics day

It was Wednesday the 9th of November. Athletics was about to start. This is the day I hate the most at school.

First we had Long distance. I got three points. Then High jump and I got a two.

I thought to myself “this isn’t so bad. I should make the most of the last athletics day!”

Then it was morning tea and before you know I was PUMPED UP!

This is the order of events for the year 6 boys:

1st Long distance

2nd High Jump

Morning Tea

3rd Shot Put

4th Hurdles

Lunch

5th Sprints

Lucky 6 (Get it I’m year 6) was Long Jump

After all of the events I was proud of myself but I still had some energy to run in the relay against the:  

Parents

And Teachers

I was ready to run, I was running 10th

The World Of WONDERS????

On Wednesday, Tomorrow 16/11/2016 we are doing an event and it's called The world of wonders.This term which is term 4 we are learning about culture diversity. The world of wonders is a culture day for GRi11 2.0, My job is to control the day and organize the day.I am the DJ for the day so i control the songs and i have made a playlist.

I have been setting up the french corner and i created some bunting and Hyacinthe created some graphic designs and we made some of the graphic design for the french stores...

This is what the French corner looks good right now but we need to finish

Fireworks Guy Fawkes

Guy Fawkes when people set off fireworks and then they go up in the air and they explode and it is amazing to watch.The fireworks at Palmerston North get set off at Anzac Park.

College street normal school is the perfect school for you kids it's rated 4 out of five.

They got a sick bay which is really helpful because i split my head open and they told me to keep pressure on my head and they called my MUM.

They encourage your children to try out new things and full of sport examples

Auckland trip 2016

Dear Mum and Dad

                            Thank you

                This is the best holiday ever.

It was so much fun at Rainbows End and the other different things we did.

The best things we did were minigolf, going on the plane, the Breakers game, Rainbows End, Motat and the Zoo.

I loved the turbulence it was so interesting to experience on my first plane flight.

My highlight was at Rainbows End going on all the rides.

The things we did were so cool. I bet you spent a lot of money and you would have put a lot of thought into the trip.

I really appreciate you taking time off work to take us on this holiday.

Marble Season

Marble season is when you roll different sized marbles and you can say ''No nicks no rebounds". A REBOUND is when the marble you roll bounces off an object  then hits the marble that you rolled for and a NICK is when you roll for a marble and it hits the side.If you don't say either of them and some one hit someones marble or NICKS OR REBOUNDS the roller gets the marble.There are different names for the marbles...

Golden State Warriors

Golden State Warriors are 6th in the western conference and they are going to vs Portland Trail Blazers.The game is Wednesday, 2 November, 3:00 PM. The Portland Trail Blazers are 5th in the western conference. My prediction that the Portland Trail Blazers will win by at least 5 points because Golden State Warriors has lost quite a lot of games.
